Collaborative work with Mihara Yasuhiro continues as Nishijin fabric was supplied by HOSOO for the designer‘s '14 AW collection which was exhibited at Palais Royale in presentation format. The texile motif was inspired by the works of Ito Jakuchu, a painter of the Edo Period. This addition of an element of Japanese design gives an interesting edge to Mihara‘s interpretation of the mod‘s style, which was the inspiration for the overall collection.
